Yes. Video is live on every paid tier at up to 720p. A 5-second video uses about 8–10 credits; a 10-second video uses about 16–20 credits.

It depends on whether you're in the free trial or on a paid plan. During the trial, using up your 10 trial credits ends the trial and immediately starts your paid plan with its full monthly credit bucket. On a paid plan, your bucket refills at the start of your next billing period; moving to a tier with a larger monthly bucket gives you the bigger bucket right away. Unused subscription credits do not roll over, and moving tiers changes the bucket size, not the platform features.
